We both love the story of Joseph—the favorite son of a wealthy father, rejected and sold into slavery by his jealous brothers, thrown into prison, and ultimately elevated to a position second only to Pharaoh himself.
God used Joseph to save the world from famine and bring restoration to his own family.
Joseph’s story reminds us that, regardless of what life throws at us, God won’t leave us in the pit of hopelessness but will faithfully bring us to confident hope in His ultimate purpose for our lives.
